Christina Noel

Training dancers and educators to dance longer and stronger utilizing Safe Dance Practices.

After benefiting from dance medicine to recover from injuries as a professional dancer myself, I started bringing science into my classes. The goal was to wed the traditional art of ballet with the modern science of movement.

Christina Noel Adcock is very nearly unparalleled in her ability to root out the cause of pain and injury in dancers. Her ability to explain the movement pathology she finds, and how to amend it, to her students in a fashion they can understand and work with makes her a truly remarkable and an extraordinarily rare instructor and dance professional. She is a once-in-a-generation teaching talent.

MSc & MA owner of Bianca Lily Ballet

Christina is an expert teacher and teacher mentor. Her expertise in ballet training, pointe training and teaching teachers is beyond parallel. She doesn’t cookie-cutter her classes or instruction. Instruction and corrections are individualized, and she can teach all bodies and help dancers use and know their own biomechanics so that movement works for them,  keeps them healthy and reduces injury risks.

Christina’s teachings are more than just about perfecting a ballet step; she gives us the tools to sustain a long, healthy dance career. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to learn from someone whose expertise has shaped my journey as a professional dancer.
